How do I place an order?
Choose the product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. When done shopping proceed to the checkout page. Here you will be asked to fill in your personal details and payment information. Make sure that you complete all steps in order to swiftly process your order.
Has my order been processed successfully?
Your order is successful once your payment has been validated and processed, after which you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if you have placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email directly as your e-mail provider may have flagged this email as spam. If you cannot find the order confirmation e-mail please contact hello@flarrowwatches.com with your contact details and the e-mail address you used during checkout and we happily assist you further.
How do I change or cancel my order?
In order to change or cancel an order please contact hello@flarrowwatches.com at your earliest convenience. Changing or cancellation of an order is not possible after we have shipped your product, so make sure you provide us with the correct shipping information and contact details. We aim to ship your product within one business day after placing your order. After your request for change or cancellation has been received and approved we will send you a confirmation of the changes or cancellation. In case your request cannot be processed we will send you an email informing you of the reasons why your request cannot be processed.
In case your order has been shipped already you can return your product within 14 days after receiving it using the revocation form. You can download the revocation form here. Only products that are unworn and unused and in the exact same condition as it was received can be returned. Products should always be returned in its original packaging.
When do you restock in case a product is sold out?
As soon as we think a product is going to sell out we will start working on restocking the product. This applies to all our products. If one of our products is sold out you will be able to subscribe to a reminder. Once the product is back in stock we will notify you directly.
How do I enter a discount code?
A discount code can be entered upon checkout. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total sum and shown in your shopping cart. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
