Shipping
When will you ship my order?
We aim to ship all our products within one business day after receiving your order. Weekends and holidays may delay this process. Orders placed after 11:00 am CET will not be shipped until the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CET on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
How can I track my order?
After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the order. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive another email with a tracking code. Deliveries are made in cooperation with several carriers and their partners around the world. You can check the status of your shipment using the tracking code provided in the email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after your order has been dispatched for the system to register the shipment. Please contact us at hello@flarrowwatches.com with any questions you may have with regard to your shipment.
I have not received an email with a tracking code
The email with the tracking code is separate from the order confirmation email and will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that this can take up to two business days after your order has been placed. Weekends and holidays may delay this process. In case you have not received an email with a tracking code within three business days after you received the order confirmation email we advise you to contact us at hello@flarrowwatches.com.
Why do I have to pay for shipping?
Currently we can only offer free shipping within the EU. As we are a small company we are currently unable to get sharp prices with the carriers for worldwide delivery. Hence, we are currently charging EUR 9.95 for shipping to any country outside the EU. We are constantly in contact with the carriers and as soon as volume allows we will offer free shipping worldwide.
Do you ship to my country?
Most likely! We offer worldwide shipping. Please select your country at checkout when placing the order. If your country is not available please contact hello@flarrowwatches.com and we will happily assist you in finding a solution.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For countries in Europe shipping generally takes between 2 and 5 business days. For countries outside of Europe this can take between 5 to 10 business days. We do our best to have your product shipped as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by events that are outside of our control, such as delays at customs, national holidays etc. If you have not received your order within 14 days after your order has been dispatched please contact hello@flarrowwatches.com within 14 days i.e. no later than 28 days after shipment.
I have not yet received my order
If the tracking code states that your order has been delivered but you have not received anything, please check with your neighbours and other members of your household first. In case nobody else has received your order, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
