Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Sofort, KBC, Bancontact, Belfius.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Currently we are only able to process your payment in EUR, however this does not mean that you cannot pay with a different currency. In case your base currency is different from EUR, your bank will automatically convert the EUR price into your base currency. We are currently working with our payment service provider to facilitate other currencies (GBP, USD).

Do I have to pay VAT?

Prices as shown on our website include 21% VAT (Dutch VAT rate). This VAT amount is only applicable to EU residents. If you order from a country outside of the EU the VAT will be deducted from the total amount at checkout.

Do I have to pay international Tax and Duties?

Please note that if you are a non-EU customer certain import duties and taxes may be levied upon receipt of the product. We have no control or responsibility over any duties and taxes that may be applicable. It is your responsibility to pay these duties and comply with all local tax and import laws in order to release your order from customs. For more information please contact your local customs office.

Are my payment details safe?

The protection of your data and payment information is very important to us. Our website uses Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) for all transactions. Transactions are directly handled by our payment service provider, Mollie, and your payment information cannot be read by any other parties than your bank.
